My 4 year old is petrified of getting vaccinations. She needs them before kindergarten. How to help my 4 year old overcome fear of needles?

Anxious parents make anxious children. Confident, reassuring, but firm parents send a message the child receives!
Most 4 year olds I see are terrified of shots. We try to make them as painless are possible but we usually have to hold them and give the shots are quickly as possible and give them stickers or a reward.
