“How to improve my sugar level?”
I am a 36-year-old man and have been detected with diabetes for the last 4 years. I am on medication, but are there any lifestyle changes that can help me improve my sugar levels?

Lifestyle modifications are always the first step in management when you have type 2 diabetes. ADA recommend exercise of at least 150 minutes per week. Utritionist or diabetes educator is also a great source to help change bad diet habits and come up with reasonable meal plans for you.
