The question is too vague. There are many types of fungal infections. There are superficial infections of the skin, Vaginal fungal infections commonly called "yeast infections," fungal infections of the mouth called thrush, of the esophagus, particularly in immunocompromised patients and more serious and often life-threatening fungal infections of the lungs, blood and even of the central nervous system "fungal meningitis." Each type of infection requires different treatment approaches.
