“How to treat a heat stroke?”
My husband had a heat stroke after he was dehydrated. Can I do anything at home to treat him?

Good hydration.
Have him come in out of the sun and heat. Lie down and rest. Hydrate him with GatorAde, water, or juice. Cool him gradually with cool (not cold or ice packs, which will induce shivering). If he is disoriented, hallucinating, or talking irrationally, it is important to take him to your physician or nearest emergency room.
