I have a question about a Prolozone shot?

If I had a Prolozone shot, but decided that I want a knee replacement, is there a time frame I would have to wait to have surgery? Like with a Cortisone shot you can't have surgery for months.

No time frame. Whenever you want to.
If this is a stem cell injection then no.

Prolozone would not be a contraindication to proceeding with knee replacement. There would be no time to wait, except to get clearance from your primary care provider.
