If I do BRCA1/2 genes tests, will I get cancer that is more aggressive?

I had breast cancer twice in my life. Both my parents and younger brother have died of cancer. My breast cancer is related to IBC. Does my cancer become more aggressive?

Not sure what you mean by "IBC." If you mean INFLAMMATORY BC, it is treatable. So also is INHERITED BC. We need to know a lot more - your age, receptor status, size of the tumor, and what treatments you received for the previous two BC's.
Cancer has characteristics that are present in the particular type and different depending on the patient involved. So the prediction in your case is that future cancers will behave similarly and that specific behaviors are mostly unpredictable. Getting tested for BRCA is a predictive test for future cancers to develop and does not effect the behavior of the cancer. If positive it might influence you to accept surgery that would decrease your likelihood of developing new cancers, or taking some medications that have been shown to decrease the chances of the development of new malignancies.
