“Why do my breasts feel so heavy and painful?”

My breasts are feeling very heavy and every time I touch them there is a dull pain. Wearing a bra is suddenly very uncomfortable. I am definitely not pregnant. This pain has been going on steadily for the past 3 days. Should I go for a mammogram? I am only 31 with no history of breast cancer in my family.
