“imodium”
Have diarrhea now for 4 days. Taking Entero - 2 days and not seemingly stopping problem. Can I try imodium:
Other prescribed medicine taking regularly; gliciazide, ibuprofen, lansoprazole. lisinoprol, metformin, sitagliptin.
On holiday in Portugal and unable to contact own GP

If you can get peptobismol and some Imodium that might help in the short term but if this is infection related and does not get better in the next day or so, you may need antibiotics
It's probably infection, traveler's diarrhea. It's ok to use imodium. If you develop fever or blood in the stool, then go to the hospital. Otherwise it should resolve within a few days.
