I am due for an anomaly scan, is it possible to view if my baby has any internal defects?

Very often congenital problems can be diagnosed with an ultrasound in the second or third trimester.
Yes various congenital anomalies can be detected by anomaly scan at different times of the gestational period. Most are detected at 1st trimester USG
