Any type of tooth movement is not permanent. Retainers must be worn to maintain your straight teeth.
Not sure what you are asking in this question but, Invisalign is clear aligners and they are removable, If you mean do they stay in, no they come in and out. Conventional braces have attachments and wires and they do not come off until your teeth are straight.
If you are asking which is better, it depends on what your teeth look like prior to starting. There are limitations to Invisalign. Speak to your dentist to determine if you are a candidate for clear aligners.

They both move teeth. They both require trays to wear after ortho is complete to maintain the tooth position. If anything, traditional braces are more permanent.
Braces can put more force and able to aligned sever crowding, overjet overbite and sever anterior and posterior discrepansy. However, Invisalign can only able to fix simple cases like slight crowding, spacing, overbite, openbite and discrepancy. Both the Invisalign and braces are not a permanent appliances, you only wear them for limited time depending on the severeity of your case. Usually, braces required longer time compare to Invisalign, and these goes back to their function.
Hello,
Good for you for wanting straighter teeth. Invisalign is usually less permanent then braces, but it is helpful to compare the two.
Braces requires brackets (the metal squares) that get bonded to the teeth (in the front most of the time). After this a wire gets put into these brackets and tied down. This wire is supposed to only be taken in and out at the dental office and change of the wire means pulling on the teeth more.
Invisalign requires clear aligners (trays) that get put onto the teeth. Invisalign does recommend that the aligners be worn 22 hours a day, but the aligners are able to come in and out by the patient. These means you can take them out to eat. Invisalign most of the time requires attachments put onto the front of the teeth. These attachments (bonding bumps) are much smaller then the brackets required in braces and also match the color of the tooth. These attachments are bonded to your teeth much like the brackets so they do not come off except when the dentist takes them off.
Because of the small size of the attachments and ability to take out the clear aligners, invisalign is less permanent and less invasive then braces. Hope this helps.
My best to you!

No, the results can be dependent on how consistent you follow the wear of retainers after treatment is completed.
Invisalign and regular braces move teeth to desired positions. It all depends on the patient wearing the retainers to keep the teeth straight. With Invisalign, you have to wear the trays all the time, but you can take them off when you eat and any time you want, which makes it the patient's responsibility to keep them on. Regular braces with the wires are permanently placed on your teeth until the end of treatment; you can’t remove it unless the dentist removes it.
Hope that answered your question.

Invisalign is not necessarily any more permanent than braces. It is just another option of how to move your teeth. It is probably best to consult with a local orthodontist to see which option may be better for you. If they both will accomplish your goals for a better smile and bite you can pick whichever best meets your lifestyle goals.

Invisalign and regular braces if done properly and compliance by the patient is proper are equally permanent. Regular braces can do things that Invisalign cannot. Invisalign is more cosmetic for the patient during treatment, but Invisalign cannot do everything. Regular braces can do everything that is doable.
I hope that is clear.

Invisalign is a teeth straightening procedure that utilizes aligning trays instead of traditional braces. They both do the same thing and are only as permanent as the patient is diligent in wearing the retainers after the procedure is completed. The proper usage of the retainers is the only way to make the orthodontics permanent in both cases.
