Acupuncture with massage, and probably herbs, can treat your heel pain gradually. I suggest you try it.
I'm sorry that you are in pain! There is a saying among acupuncturist that acupuncture can treat any condition (any kind of pain) the limitations of this medicine are based on the ability of the practitioner. Heel pain like any structural pain needs to be differentiated as to what is the cause of the pain, is it a bone spur? If yes, then the acupuncture analgesic effect may be short lived and the pain will return shortly after because in this case acupuncture is not treating the cause of the pain. With other types of heel pain such as plantar fascitis or a bruised heel acupuncture can have longer lasting effect with pain relief. Treatment of heel pain may take several treatments depending no the severity and how long you have had the heel pain for. I suggest that you consult your neighborhood acupuncturist to see if acupuncture would be a good fit for you in reducing or eliminating your heel pain. Thank you for your question. I wish you a speedy & full recovery!
Foot and heel pain can be treated with acupuncture. We would like to recommend changing shoes regularly as well if you are spending long hours.
Yes, Especially if you have planter fasciitis, effectiveness of acupuncture is very good.

Hard to say. It helps for most pain so I would give it a try. But if the pain is from standing too much, only changing that will fix it permanently.
Acupuncture is great for plantar fasciitis (heel or foot pain). You may also need to change your shoes and be mindful of how long you have been standing and the type of floor you stand on. Really hard floors for example are very hard on the feet.
Yes, acupuncture good for your heel pain. I treated many people with heel pain before. It is good result for every one.
Yes, such as plantar fasciitis. However, if the pain is associated with a bone spur, you need to see a surgery.
You need your calves stretched out and massaged, as well as better shoes. Acupuncture can help as well.
Acupuncture can help with heel pain. Acupuncture can help with promoting blood circulation around the area where the pain is- to bring fresh blood to the area and expedite the healing process. Of course, adequate rest with treatment, is important as well to give time for the healing process to take place as well.
