No! Actually, it is the ideal wish for the patient to brush their teeth three times a day. Kudos to you!
In general no. As long as you use a soft or extra soft toothbrush or an electric toothbrush without a lot of pressure or scrubbing.
Hello,
No, brushing your teeth 3 times a days is not bad, providing you are doing it correctly. There are plenty of people who do not like the feeling of having food on their teeth, so they brush after every meal (a professor of mine in dental school used to brush 5 times a day). Brushing your teeth with a soft toothbrush and a light touch will help to reduce any abrasion or recession you can cause by brushing.
Hope this helps.
My best to you!

Absolutely not! Brushing and flossing your teeth after every meal is the most ideal way to take care of your teeth. You must insure, however, that you use a soft toothbrush when you do so. So brush on!
Brushing your teeth is a healthy and great way to keep your gums and mouth clean but if you have incorrect Technique you could do damage. Along with an abrasive toothpaste. For example if your bristles are splayed on your toothbrush you definitely press against your teeth too hard and may cause damage
Brushing your teeth three times a day is great. But you must brush properly with a soft bristle toothbrush in a proper manner. Do NOT scrub your teeth and do NOT use a hard bristle toothbrush because that could cause damage to your enamel and your gingiva. Remember to floss your teeth at least daily! If you aren’t certain about proper toothbrushing techniques, please ask your dentist or hygienist to demonstrate them to you.

No, brushing three times a day is not a bad thing. In fact, until recently it was recommended to brush three times a day (once after each meal). If possible it is still recommended to brush after eating. The least you should be brushing is twice a day; once in the morning and before you go to bed.
