I am a 34 year old male. I have become overweight from eating due to my anxiety. Is CBT good for anxiety related obesity?

Yes, CBT has been shown in research to assist with anxiety and depression. If you believe your eating is related to anxiety, this would be a good treatment option.
First, change the food you are eating. Choose raw fruits and veggies and watch what happens. Your cravings will stop, your anxiety will stop, and you will automatically lose the weight. Stop eating fast food, stop eating junk or easy grab-and-go processed food, stop eating cheese and milk products. Watch the weight drop off. Include raw avocados, raw nuts, and raw seeds in your menu.
