“Is food poisoning a situation for emergency?”
I've been feeling sick for a day and my stomach hurts a lot. I believe that I have food poisoning. Should I go to the ER?

If the symptoms are severe enough (pain, vomiting, diarrhea, dehydration) then yes go to the ER. If you can keep fluids and light foods down then it should get better in a few days.
