“Is it better to wear glasses or contacts while on the computer?”
I am a 27 year old office worker. I want to know if it is better to wear glasses or contacts while on the computer?

Depends on your prescription. Your doctor can help identify if glasses or contacts are better for computer use.
It really depends on whatever you're most comfortable in. If the eyes feel irritated after a day of wearing the contacts, I would recommend the glasses.
Depends of your refractive error, and your comfort level. But because of lubrication issues, probably spectacles...

Most people are more comfortable on the computer in glasses but as long as your eyes aren’t prone to dryness, contacts are perfectly fine.
That is a great question. For patients who have dry eyes, glasses may be a better option because they will need sick moisture from your eyes. They also can have a lens material with a blue filter to protect your eyes while you’re on the computer. But for people who are bothered by frames or wearing glasses and this could be a distraction then contact lenses might be a better option. Also for people with higher prescriptions that could distort the image while working on a computer contacts might be a better option. this is definitely a question that depends on your prescription and your eyes and should be discussed with your eye doctor.
Since when on a computer you decrease your blink rate. With contacts in they may dry out after hours of computer work
