Yes, you can get blisters with a strep infection. Usually, it is red pimple-like lesions on the face or other body parts (Scarlet fever). Hope this answers your question.

I'm assuming you are referring to strep tonsillitis. So I would say no. If you have blisters on your face, that indicates more likely a skin infection, a cellulitis. Specifically with MSSA, this is known as impetigo.
