Absolutely, we do it every day. If you have difficult teeth which may be at risk for damaging the sensory nerve and leave you with a numb lip, chin and or tongue you may want to evaluate the need of removal, being 33 years old. Often if they are fully impacted and causing you no problems they can be left in place if you are in your 30's. Talk with your oral surgeon and see if removing your wisdom teeth are indicated.
Yes. However, it is possible that you may not need all four wisdom teeth removed. The only way to be certain of your diagnosis is to schedule an appointment for evaluation with an oral surgeon. He or she will discuss the diagnosis, treatment options, and answer any questions you have.
Yes, If you have an experienced maxillofacial surgeon, it will be better and you do not have to go through the anguish or stress of multiple visits and healing.
Yes, it is safe to have all four wisdom teeth removed at once! In fact, this is probably the safest and most effective and efficient way to remove wisdom teeth. It is generally done under intravenous sedation in combination with local anesthesia and can be and usually is a reasonably pleasant and uncomplicated procedure. Removing all four wisdom teeth in one setting eliminates the need for multiple office visits and multiple anesthetics and multiple surgical interventions and the associated recovery process.

Yes, it definitely safe. The recovery should be the same if one or two are removed or all four. By having all four removed at one procedure, you will eliminate having to have multiple surgeries.
Yes, it is safe. That's how it's generally done to minimize the time spent dealing with post-procedure discomfort.
Yes, it is quite common to remove all 4 at the same appointment. It is considered safe for most individuals who are in good health and where no complications are anticipayed
If you have no other complications with your health, it is a good idea to try to maximize care under general anesthesia if that is your option. Check with your oral surgeon to further discuss the details of your specific case.
It is advisable to take out all four wisdom teeth at once. The pain and swelling is not much more for four than it is for one. Overall, you will be inconvenienced less and miss less work if you do all four at once. Also, the longer you wait, the greater the risks. Just do it!
