“Is my son going through puberty?”
My 12-year-old son has been acting weird for the last couple of months. He shouts at us, leaves the house without saying anything and spends time on his phone. Is he going through puberty already?

May have some problems with peers or depression. Others his age are doing the same things.
Make sure he has not gotten into drugs or alcohol use. At this age, they want to be with their friends and want more privacy. He can be starting puberty, but boys may take 4-5 more years to get to the end stages of puberty.
