Is there surgery for hyperpigmentation on the hands?

I am a 53 year old female. I have hyperpigmentation on my hands. Is there surgery for hyperpigmentation on the hands?

There are creams for that but not surgery
The best way to treat hyperbaric mentation on the hands is with a bleaching cream rather than surgery.

IPL is very effective for solar caused pigmentation. You can learn more from this link: https://www.pearlandpps.com/bbl-ipl-photofacial-houston/
No, there is no surgery for hyperpigmentation. However, I suggest you consult a dermatologist who can speak to you about existing non-operative treatment options.
No surgery for that unfortunately! Check with a dermatologist though.
