There are creams for that but not surgery
The best way to treat hyperbaric mentation on the hands is with a bleaching cream rather than surgery.

No, there is no surgery for hyperpigmentation. However, I suggest you consult a dermatologist who can speak to you about existing non-operative treatment options.
