My kid won't eat. Help!

My 14-year-old daughter has suddenly refused to eat anything. Could it be a physical or psychological issue? She does complain of stomach pain but I'm not sure she's telling the truth. How can I help her? And how long can she go without eating??

Get a juicer and make her simple fresh raw mono (one fruit or veggie) juices. Discover which ones help her and which ones she likes best. Then get creative until her belly gets to feeling better. You can also make fresh homemade broths from veggies.
Has she lost any weight? Anorexia is common at this age and needs help immediately. Also if other problems are preventing her from eating she will need to be checked thoroughly. If she is drinking it can be several weeks before she gets dehydrated but you need to get to the root cause.
