My wife's gyno recommended post natal massages to ease her post natal depression. Do you think it will really help? Why or why not?

I would recommend getting help with a counselor who specializes in PERI-Natal Mood disorder. The post natal massage will help you physically feel better the counseling will help you work through the thought processes for your self and the mental health and safety of your family.
