“Can you suggest some natural ways to reduce squinty eyes?”
My son has squinty eyes and I would like to learn if there are any natural ways to reduce the squint. Is there anything we can do?

There may be many causes of this. I suggest you have him seen by an Opthamologist to rule out such things as nearsightedness, glaucoma, or allergies to name a few.
The most important thing for your son is to find out why he is squinting. The need for glasses, allergies, and less commonly inflammatory conditions can all cause squinting. You didn’t mention how old his is, but eye misalignment can be serious and cause a certain type of squinting. An ophthalmologist can evaluate for these problems.
It could be irritation from bright lights, environmental irritants, a need for corrective lenses, inflammation with increased light sensitivity, or any of a dozen other causes. Start with artificial tears and cool compresses several times a day, add sun glasses in bright light if necessary, consider an eye exam looking for inflammation of the eye surface or the anterior chamber of the eye. Changes in the glasses prescription may also be a reason.
Convergent squints may be helped by encouraging looking at distances and avoiding near work; divergent squints may be helped by convergence exercises like bringing objects very close to the eyes frequently throughout the day.
