Urologist Questions Men's health

My penis won't get 100% erect. What could it be?

I'm 30 years old and I noticed that whenever I do get an erection, my penis isn't 100% erect. It happens nearly every time and I can't perform well during sex. What could be causing this?

There are many reasons that could be causing this issue (vascular, neurological, hormonal, psychological, etc.)
I would recommend you see a urologist to help determine the cause and help you with therapy.
What to do: see a urologist, A doctor that specializes in erectile dysfunction. The causes may be broken down into four:
1) Vascular or blood flow- both to the penis (arterial) or away or drainage from the penis (Vein leak)
2) Neurologic or nave injury anywhere from spinal cord to the penile nerves.
3) Pshycological: maybe from a variety of reasons and usually treated be a combined pshycology/urology approach
4) A combination of the above.

Need a good physical and psychological evaluation
At your age, you shouldn't have this complaint. Is this something new? Have you always had this problem? SEE A UROLOGIST TO ASCERTAIN THE CAUSE. Have you had any injuries? Do you have any disease such as diabetes? I would suggest you try using ONE OF THE ERECTION ENHANCING PILLS and see if it helps. If not, consult with a urologist to ascertain the cause.
This can mean one of many things. I would go in to see your local urologist as you will need some blood work to check your testosterone levels and further testing and ultrasounds of the penis to evaluate blood flow. Erectile dysfunction can mean many things so seeking further evaluation is warranted to know the cause and help fix it.
