“Why do i have a problem focusing when i read?”
When I try to read something, I have a very hard time focusing my eyes on the print. Could there be something wrong with my eyes?

Yes. Refractive errors need to be corrected for best vision. See your optometrist.
There are many causes for these symptoms. It could be anything from a simple aging process and needing some reading glasses or dryness. If your vision clears when you blink, you may want to try some artificial tears-especially when reading.
