“How long will my back take to recover after surgery?”
I need to have back surgery after a serious fall. How long will it take for me to recover completely after the surgery? Other than this injury, I am, otherwise, healthy.

There are a lot of variables. One is are you having a fusion? 6-12 months.
Back surgery in general takes a long time to recover from, anywhere from 2 to 6 months for initial recovery and 6 months to a year to fully recover depending on the injury and surgery.
It will take 6 months. 3 months to recover from the surgery and 3 months to rehab your muscles.
