Related to virginity?

My female friend was raped a month ago. She was pregnant so she took pills for an abortion. She told me she will tell everything to her future husband about it and I asked her she don't need to tell about this to her future husband (past was past, it's not your mistake) but then she asked my "would he know about my virginity and what would I say then?"

He probably would not know, but even though the rape is in the past, it is traumatic and can leave long lasting emotional scars, and that could affect their intimacy and relationship, it would be helpful for him to know this and be able to help her. I think that is too big a secret to keep from your future life long love.
The hymen is located in the vagina and tears during the first time having sex. It causes some pain and bleeding. Many girls and women can have the hymen torn is a different way so the fact that bleeding does not occur does not mean a woman is not a virgin. I recommend your friend seek counseling to deal with this trauma.
This is personal choice. Whether or not the male partner will know is hard to say! But if you are with someone for the rest of your life, you may want to be honest because rape carries a lot of emotional feelings which can carry over into relationships!
