Should I exercise with heart palpitations?

I am a 48 year old male who has heart palpitations. Should I exercise with heart palpitations?

You should consult your cardiologist before exercising as these physical activities could lead to more palpitations. If your palpitations are well controlled by medications light exercises should be ok.
It is important to diagnose what kind of heart palpitations you have. I would see a cardiologist or a cardiac electrophysiologist who then will order an event monitor that will help in the diagnosis. Good luck!
As long as you can tolerate it, do it.
Palpitations during exercise could potentially be serious and does require further evaluation. A monitor during exercise would help to discern the top of arrhythmia we are dealing with.
See a cardiologist for a work-up to address possible causes and treatment if needed of the palpitations. You should be able to exercise.
