I am a 22 year old female. I want to know if I should go to the hospital if my water breaks but no contractions?

Definitely YES
Yes, you should still go to the hospital if your water breaks even if you are not having contractions.
YES. It is important that your baby needs to be evaluated for good health and current position. They also need to check your position of after birth and cord attached to your baby. Your care giver will also check to may sure you do not have any infections.

By general rule of thumb, yes, proceed to the hospital.
