“Is a sinus infection possible in a small child?”
My daughter is 3 years old and has a severe cough and cold congestion. She has been complaining of pain around her cheeks. Could it be due to a sinus infection?

Yes a three-year-old can have sinusitis and children, more so than adults, can have serious complications related to sinus infections. You should contact your child’s physician and discussed with him his recommendations.
