Ear-Nose and Throat Doctor (ENT) Questions Sneezing

What causes me to sneeze so early in the morning?

In my family all of us, including my 5-year-old son, have a problem of sneezing so early in the morning. It eventually settles on its own after a couple of hours, but it's strange and we don't really understand why this is happening since none of us have any serious allergies. What could be the reason for this? Can we switch to natural medication to treat it?

It would be worthwhile to have an evaluation by an otolaryngologist or allergist. This sounds like you're being triggered by something in your environment and since you mentioned this upon awakening (ie, early in the morning), this makes me suspicious that you may have a dustmite allergy.
If he has a feathered pillow or down duvet, he could have an animal dander allergy, or he could be allergic to animal mites, which is a large component of house dust allergies. If either is a possibility, get rid of the feathered pillow/duvet and do a hot water cycle on the bed linens.
Consider purchasing room HEPA filters
