I have been sneezing throughout the day. I even had a dose of cetrizine, but the sneezing hasn't stopped. Could you please suggest what could be the problem?

Sinusitis triggered by environment, allergy.
You appear to assume that your sneezing is tied to an allergic issue. This is not necessarily the case. Cetirizine is a mild, nonspecific H1/H2 inhibitor. If the issue persists, you should see your practicing physician.
