i have a tingling sensation on my nose, cheek, and left jawline. i also have a bit of vertigo

I would suggest you tell your family doctor. Most likely this a middle or inner ear issue and they may refer you to an ENT specialist.
How are you? Few things can cause this symptom. you need blood work. You need an MRI of the brain with and without contrast.
