“Tired and weak?”
Why do I always feel tired and weak and have no energy with mood swings? Also, I feel very weak after bowel movements.

Tiredness is a symptom and it usually implies an underlying health condition.
You should get work up with your doctor to make sure you are not anemic or deficient.
