“What is the best treatment for stomach cramps?”
I get stomach cramps every day and it's now interfering with my work. All the test I have were negative so I'm not sure what to do anymore. What is the safest and fastest way to treat stomach cramps?

This requires more information. I would need to know where the cramps occur in the abdomen, when they occur, what triggers them and alleviates them. If you have already seen a GI and the work up is negative then you should insist that the GI doctor clearly explain what the pain is from and what treatment can be offered to reduce the cramps.
The only way is to see a gastrointestinal specialist so you can have the right diagnosis
