“Why do I have bad pain?”
I have pain going through my stomach and rectum, experiencing some bleeding. Why is this happening?

Not enough information provided to comment to any great extent. Too many possible causes. You need to be evaluated by a doctor to get specifics like location of pain, timing, exacerbating features, associated symptoms, etc. With this information, either a diagnosis can be made or tests ordered to get a diagnosis.
If you have abdominal pain and bleeding you certainly ought to be seen right away. It would be reasonable to go directly to the emergency department.
There are a few reasons that could be happening. I sincerely suggest you see a GI doc for these problems. Most of the reasons are completely benign but do need proper treatment.
