“Why do I urinate more at night?”
I have noticed lately that I use the bathroom much more often in the evening than during the day. Is there a reason for this?

Don’t hold your urine. Go when you need to. Sometimes we get so busy we don’t go. Not a good idea. If it’s not a medication issue or an intake issue, it could be that position and relaxation allow your urge to urinate to be noticed more at night.

How old are you? Are you a male? If you are an older male, then there is concern for prostatic enlargement. Other question would be whether you are a diabetic and eat a heavy, carbohydrate-rich meal for dinner as that can cause polyurua, too.
