“My urine smell is very strong. Is there a problem?”
I have a very foul and strong smell coming from my urine. Does this indicate an infection of some kind?

It could be, and certainly, if you are going to the bathroom more frequently or having any discomfort, you need medical attention. It also could be related to your diet.
Few causes may be due to:
•High-protein diet: eating too much protein-rich food causes smelly urine
•Not drinking enough water makes urine concentrated and causes a strong ammonia smell in the urine
•Holding urine for too long increases its concentration, increasing the ammonia smell

Not necessarily. Could be due to onions, peppers or asparagus. Best to go get a urine culture to prove it.
