“Is there a way to provide instant relief from chest pain?”
Chest pains are often seen as an alarming sign of a heart attack. Are there any ways to immediately deal with a chest pain. Are there any medications or methods of bringing about some relief to the person suffering from the chest pain? I have a family history of cardiac issues and hence am concerned.

First of all make sure you have a check up to diagnose heart disease. simply taking pain medication for chest pain is not recommended and not safe

Aspirin and nitroglycerin can provide some immediate relief until patient gets to ER and gets evaluated for heart attack.
Chest pains can be caused by many different things. Some of these causes are not serious. But some of these could be life threatening. You should not take any chances with trying to treat your chest pains. You should see a doctor right away or go to the Emergency Room.
With your risks (family history) a good history physical, blood tests, and possible cardiac workup lots of factors to consider, best initial treatment is aspirin 81 mg per day
