“Weird bumps on toe?”
I have 2 bumps on 1 toe they look like a callus but I can easily pick some pieces off and it'll come right back. I cannot shave it down or it'll bleed.

This could be a wart which is caused by a virus. It is completely curable once treated, although it may take one or two visits (on average) to remove it. I do not recommend that you shave it or manipulate it yourself, since it can enlarge or get infected as a result.
May be warts. Need to be evaluated to determine and treat.
