“What approach is better for prostatectomy?”
My father has prostate cancer and was given two options for his open radical prostatectomy-- a radical retropubic prostatectomy and radical perineal prostatectomy. He's not sure which approach to take so they're allowing us to think it over. In your opinion, which approach is better?

Given the option, I’d go robotic. If your surgeon doesn’t perform robotic prostates find one that does.
