“What are the best and safest exercises for a pregnant woman?”
I am a 24 year old female. I want to know what are the best and safest exercises for a pregnant woman?

Generally, avoid high-impact exercises such as running and jumping. Low-impact modalities such as stretching, elliptical, squatting, yoga, and walking are appropriate.
It depends on the individual patient and lifestyle prior to pregnancy. This could change based on the risks in your pregnancy. Walking and prenatal yoga in general are safe but definitely talk to your OBGyn about your individual exercise regimen.

Hi,
There are really no "unsafe" exercises in pregnancy. Certainly, especially at the end of the pregnancy, you are more likely to hurt your back with certain exercises, however, this is only with doing something that you are not used to doing. Just like you when you are not pregnant, you do not want to rush to the gym and do a whole bunch of exercises and workouts that you are not used to doing. So, the bottom line: If you are used to working out, then go for it. If you are not, then just go slowly.
I hope that this helps.
