Pain due to nerve damage lasts an average of few weeks, but can last for up to a year.
The only pain commonly associated with a C-section is that associated with helping incision. Any other pain would be atypical. You should see your doctor.
A surgical scar can become infected and cause pain. Also, with a surgical incision, peripheral nerves are cut and can cause pain and numbness. You may use topical lidocaine to help with the pain, but if it persists, then you should contact your physician.
