Anything that buffers acid of the esophagus/stomach will help reflux. Gaviscon is an example of liquid calcium carbonate.
High acid foods. Please check online for a list of high acid food.

Baking soda is a good treatment for immediate relief from occasional acid reflux. The recommended dosage for adults is 1/2 teaspoon dissolved in a 4-ounce glass of water. Too much of baking soda can trigger worsening acid so need to be careful. When having acid reflux bwst to avoid things like:coffee, tea (specially like black tea) alcohol, orange juice, chocolate, tomato juice, cow's milk.

Other things may help is chamomile, valerian root, slippery elm and licorice. These can be found OTC.
I suggest you consider drinking milk. It is a alkaline drink which can sometimes help with the stomach acid. You should consider reducing spicy and fatty foods as they increase stomach acid production. As an aside, the milk is a good way to take the burn off your tongue for spicy foods.
