What are the first symptoms of pregnancy?

I am a 23-year-old female and I am trying to have a baby. What are the first symptoms of pregnancy?

There are a few, one is missed period. Others could include nausea, breast tenderness, fatigue, headache. Everybody is different, and pregnancies in the same person can give different symptoms with different pregnancies.
Generally, a symptom is what the patient 'feels' and it is very subjective. However, basic commonalities threads through. which may include, but are not limited to:

-Missed period
-Breast tenderness
-Fatigue
-Sleepiness
-Nausea with or without vomiting
-Anorexia
-Orexia
-Excess salivation
-Moody
-Irritable
-Blaming your partner

Nausea, breast tenderness and fatigue are the usual first symptoms.
Obviously the first sign is a missed period. Next in no particular order is nausea fatigue and breast tenderness. Any abnormal pelvic pain after a missed period should prompt immediate attention of a gynecologist.
The major symptom of early pregnancy is a missed period in someone with typically regular monthly periods. The best test to make sure is a blood pregnancy test.
