“Which baby position is best for normal delivery?”
I am a 22 year old pregnant woman. I want to know which baby position is best for normal delivery?

Vertex or head first is best. A position called OA is best for delivery but nothing you can manage. The head goes through several transitions as it goes through the pelvis

The best position is Vertex or head down in an occiput anterior positioning vs posterior positioning; this allows the baby’s chin to flex down onto their neck to present a smaller diameter of the fetal head through the maternal pelvis. Of course, there are many other factors that go into whether a mom will successfully vaginally deliver her baby.
Majority of the time, uncomplicated vaginal deliveries occurred with baby head down and facedown. This is a good position for a normal delivery. 10% of the babies are not in this position.
Baby’s head down. We call it Occiput anterior, as if your baby’s face is facing towards vagina and baby’s neck is flexed.
