Nosebleeds are common when the nose becomes dry and irritated. Sometimes it needs cauterization to stop the bleeding. You can also use saline mist in nose several times a day to keep it moist and do not pick his nose. IF there is bruising or blood spots on the skin he needs a cbc with platelets to make sure his counts are good
