I am a 23 year old female who has gas pains from eating almost every type of food, except maybe crackers. What can I do for chronic gas pain?

Check your eating habits. Eat regularly and no snacking in between meals. It take 4-5 hours to fully digest your food to be ready for the next meal during the day from breakfast at 7-8 am; lunch 12-1 pm and at 5pm to lunch light dinner. Check what foods make you gassy and try to avoid it, especially trans-fat, processed food. Also take probiotic.
Gas pains occur due to indigestion . A probiotic will be the first option . If it does not work some digestive enzymes may help . It is better to see a doctor to rule out the cause
You should be careful about whether the pain is really from gas or not. In my experience, many times patients perceive gas as the source of pain but it is actually something else. So, first be sure that gas is the problem. If it is, then the best way to reduce pain is to lower carbohydrates in the diet. Try the low FODMAP diet.
Postprandial pain, often called "gas pain," might be an ominous sign. A doctor's appointment is necessary to rule out more serious causes.
