There is not a simple to answer to this. Need more information in order to advise. A diagnosis for the pain must be found before treatment can be offered.

You need to find out what is the cause of the pain, then you will know how to treat it. Important clues would be, where the pain is, is it associated with food or bowel movements, are there other symptoms that accompany the pain. I recommend seeing a GI doc to discuss and find out what is causing the pain.

Abdominal pain that is intense that comes and go needs immediate evaluation by a gastroenterologist. This could indicate serious gastrointestinal condition such as intestinal malrotation with intermittent obstruction of the intestine, intermittent intestinal intussusception, peptic ulcers diseases, gallstones, pancreatitis, and other causes of intestinal obstructions.
