Hello.
If it’s from acidity for example after eating a big meal, Pepcid and Mailox work well.

Make sure he is not constipated, if stools are large and hard give miralax otc and high fiber diet. If there aqre c/o pain on urination, fever or pain in RLQ he would need to be checked for appendicitis. If pain is in the upper abdomen pepcid otc can be tried
