Tylenol is OK.

People with diabetes can take anything for headache that any one else can take. More important, Why do you have headaches? If this is just an occasional headache like anyone may have, the asparin, acetomenophen or a NSAID is ok. If these are severe or frequent headaches, like a migraine, the see a headache specialist & find out what kind of headaches they are & get appropriate meds as there are good ones for migraines now.
I'm sorry but this is probably better answered by your primary care provider or endocrinologist who knows your whole medical history. Diabetes does not preclude you from any medications. However, having diabetic complications can potentially hinder you from taking medications for headaches.
Headache in diabetics is treated the same way as in non-diabetics. Headache schooled always be evaluated by the treating physician to find out there is no serious underlying issues.

Tylenol and ibuprofen as long as you don’t have kidney problems. If you do have kidney issues then stick to Tylenol
